My website is one piece of a service commitment that combines personal, one-on-one attention with web and e-mail resources to deliver the most comprehensive and timely service to you.

As your real estate agent, I'll bring my 11 years of experience successfully buying and selling homes in the North Florida market. I know the neighborhoods; Orange Park, Middleburg, Green Cove Springs, Oakleaf, Lake Asbury, Keystone Heights and of course Jacksonville and the surrounding counties in North Florida.  I know the schools, market conditions, zoning regulations and what it takes to make the deal go through.

It takes a full-time commitment - anything less and you'd be short changed. As a full-time agent, I'm able to "work the market" for you, keeping up-to-date with new listings and conditions as they impact the market. We all know how quickly market conditions change and today the terms we hear most often are "foreclosures" and "short sales".  We will be dealing with these issues for some time to come but eventually the market will turn and values will go up again.   As a result of the changing market, today is the best time to buy.  Inventory is high and prices are by far the lowest they have been in years.  Call me and let's make your dream of moving up to that bigger house a reality.   To "First time buyers"; stop renting!  There will probably never be a better time to buy a piece of the American Dream.
